AYA DESIGN operates its own sewing factory in Gifu, Japan. That means short lead times, low minimums and the ability to produce a custom order from a single piece — unusual for a brand of this scale.
AYA DESIGNは岐阜に自社縫製工場を持っています。そのため短いリードタイム、小ロットでの対応、そして1点からのカスタムオーダーが可能です。この規模のブランドでは稀な体制です。

AYA DESIGN is the prêt-à-porter label of AYA inc., a design company founded in Gifu, Japan in 2022 that operates its own sewing factory. Led by designer Mineo(Neo) Yamaguchi, the label develops high-performance recycled fabrics with major Japanese converters and produces every garment in-house, uniting design and manufacture under one management.
The house made its official London Fashion Week debut in September 2025 with the SS26 collection L’île déserte, and continues to show in London. All pieces are genderless. AYA DESIGN’s stated purpose is the revitalisation of regional industry: rejecting the divided labour of the conventional fashion system in favour of a collective, fairly-traded ecosystem.
AYA DESIGNは、2022年に岐阜で設立された自社縫製工場を持つデザイン会社、株式会社アヤのプレタポルテレーベルです。デザイナー Mineo(Neo) Yamaguchi（山口峰生）のもと、日本の大手コンバーターと高性能リサイクル素材を開発し、すべての衣服を自社で生産。デザインと製造をひとつの経営のもとに統合しています。
2025年9月にSS26コレクション「L’île déserte」でロンドン・ファッションウィーク公式デビュー。以降ロンドンでコレクションを発表。全アイテムがジェンダーレスです。AYA DESIGNが掲げるのは地域産業の再生であり、従来のファッション産業の分業体制を離れ、公正な取引にもとづく集合的なエコシステムを目指しています。
